We have implemented a new appointment system as of the 9th of July

This new system makes it easier to book appointments and will avoid long waiting times on the phone. The quickest way to contact us with medical or administrative queries will be submitting an online request through our website or through the NHS App. By registering all requests through an online form, we will be able to prioritise and action requests quickly and fairly, ensuring you get the right level of care at the right place and the right time.

Don’t worry if you don’t have access to a smartphone or the internet, our trained patient advisors will help you complete the form for you. You can submit medical requests or admin requests. All medical requests will be triaged by a medical professional and you will be offered the most suitable option. This will enable Oak Tree to meet patients' needs outside of appointments and prioritise our limited capacity to support those most in need of care.

We will share our progress during this month, we aim to implement this new system on the 9th of July 2024.
