Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme
The programme offers free holiday activities to school-aged children who have started Reception – Year 11, and who are in receipt of benefits-related free school meals.
This winter holiday, there are a wide range of activities available, from bushcraft to football camps. Eligible children and young people are entitled to:
- At least 4 hours each day.
- Four days maximum over the Christmas Holidays
- A nutritious meal each day they attend the camp.
The programme is also open to refugees, including people fleeing the conflict in Ukraine.
In order to book onto the activities, families will need a code that will be distributed by their school to enable families to then book on the Oxfordshire County Council website
The Oxfordshire HAF team can be contacted to check eligibility and attain a code either via the activities email on their website or by calling 01865 328 460.
